The Jefferson Memorial
One of the classes I was fortunate enough to participate in was an Architectural Rendering course at UVU. This was an in-depth course on hand-drafting and rendering various architectural views using watercolor as the medium. For the final project, we were tasked with rendering an existing classical building in full color. I wanted to challenge myself, so I painted The Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D.C., with its waterfront reflections and brightly colored trees.
